ACC Regina Brach has celebrated Aid Al-Adha with Regina Muslim Society.

Regina Anatolian Cultural Center (ACC) has organized a celebration night for Aid Al-Adha (Kurban) that intended to Regina Muslim society. The night was held on the third day of the Kurban festival in ACC`s new community center and most of Turkish families that are living in Regina have attended the program. Roasting meat and rice were served to the guests. The night has continued with reciting Kuran-i Kerim by Omer Faruk Kacar, a member of ACC Regina Board, and then the ilahi group that is created from ACC`s Weekend School girl students performed two hymns and a poem.

The program has continued with the festival lottery, and two festival gifts were given to two lucky guests. At the end, the very first Turkish person who came to Regina, Recep Umay, has given pocket money and surprise chocolate eggs to small kids and infants, and has made them to kiss his hand as a tradition of religious festivals. The night has ended with greetings guests one another.
